30 Ramadan 1441

For the last suhur of this Ramadan, I made a BOMB fish and potatoes curry accompanied with dal and white rice.

The curry was so good, I decided to celebrate my 3:30 AM culinary feats by stuffing my face with a chilled, ripened, juice-dripping-on-my-chin messy mango.

If a curry so flavorful your tastebuds dance and a juicy messy ripened mango is not enough cause for celebration—or is not the celebration in and of itself—I don’t know what is.
